What it means to be a Co-op Member Business.

Being a Downtown Co-op Member Business means that you voice your support for our Downtown District and take an interest in its well-being and long-term growth.

Membership fees go towards advertising to bring foot traffic to our events and into our Downtown businesses year-round. Additional profit from events and other fundraising goes toward initiatives to beautify and make our Downtown District a desirable, safe & enjoyable place to do business and to enjoy our community.

By bringing our voices together, we are able to be more effective at working with the City of Beeville, Bee County and other larger organizations that have an impact on our Downtown district. By pooling our resources and our innovation we have started to transform Downtown Beeville into a place where people want to set up business, where people want to do business, and where people want to gather & be a community.

Membership Tiers

Downtown Co-op Member Business

This membership level is for Downtown Businesses who want to reap the full rewards of our cooperative movement. 

This membership level is available to all types of businesses.

Membership Fee: $200
Benefits include:

• Your business gets to participate as a Wine Walk tasting location during both of our Fall and Spring events. Your business name will be advertised and promoted along with the event.
• Membership listed with logo and direct link on Downtown Co-op website all year long
• Membership in a network of downtown businesses and access to contacts, downtown information, etc.
• The Co-op will represent your and other downtown business interests on various community boards including: Bee County Chamber of Commerce, Beeville Main Street, and others.

Downtown Co-op Partner

This membership level is for Downtown Businesses who cannot participate in our major events or are limited in their support.

This membership level is available to limited types of businesses such as service, finance, professional or nonprofit organizations. Businesses that qualify as retail, food & bev, health, beauty, wellness or art do not qualify and must sign up as a full member (left). Why? We need as many of these types of businesses to be as fully engaged as possible in our events for your own benefit and for those of our ticketed guests.

Membership Fee: $100
Benefits include:

• Membership listed in our "partner section" with logo and direct link on Downtown Co-op website all year long
• Membership in a network of downtown businesses and access to contacts, downtown information, etc.
• This membership is not involved in Wine Walk at all. These member businesses may however purchase a Wine Walk Sponsorship in addition to their membership if they wish to participate and reap the benefits of exposure and engagement in a hugely popular local event.
