About Beeville Saturday Market

Started in 2020 by local business women Hattie Odem and Rebecca Lopez, we are the original Downtown Beeville Saturday Market.

Our market serves to highlight local artisans, vendors and small business owners in the South Texas area. Month by month, Beeville Saturday Market has grown into an exciting and bustling monthly event with over 50 vendors, food trucks and more. We often try to coordinate a fun seasonal activity as well like a Valentine's photo booth, a dunking booth, Easter Egg hunts, a pumpkin patch & more.

The mission of Beeville Saturday Market is to support organic small businesses & artisans and provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to our local community and visitors to the area. With this mission in mind, we do not allow multi-level marketing business models to participate. By creating a positive monthly community event, we hope to encourage people to see Beeville, Texas as a wonderful place to visit, to live, and to do business.

In 2022, Lopez and Odem handed over Beeville Saturday Market to the Downtown Beeville Co-Op. It is now organized under the leadership of Ms. Natasha Weaver and Ms. Lindsay Horton.

What kind of businesses can participate?

Organic Small Businesses

We support businesses that are started organically by entrepreneurs and creatives. Unfortunately, we cannot support MLM/Direct marketing or re-sale style businesses.

Artisans

We support those who express themselves through art & craft, and run a business selling their creations.

Food Goods

Whether you're a small farm selling eggs or produce, a baker selling your sweets & breads, or a food truck, we encourage more food at our markets!

Where is Saturday Market?

Beeville Saturday Market is located on the corner of Bowie & Madison in Downtown Beeville, Texas. At certain times of the year, when we have over fifty vendors, we have overflow set up in the open lot on Bowie & Madison across the street from the main market.

How much does it cost?

Vendor booths are $25. Funds go towards administrative & promotional costs like our pumpkin patch, easter bunny & more to help grow our market and make it a rewarding experience for everyone.

What can I expect?

Weather - We hold our market rain or shine unless the weather qualifies as dangerous to our vendors / shoppers. Follow us on Facebook for last minute weather announcements.

Bathrooms - Bathrooms are available at Hattie & Hazels deli and Coastal Bend Distilling Co., both are next door to the market area.

​Parking - There is free public parking across the street from our market area.

Setup - Vendors can set up as early as 8:00 a.m. the day of market. Director Natasha Weaver will be available to direct you to your assigned spot.

Take down - We encourage all vendors to stay until market closes at 3:00 p.m. with the exception being if you sell completely out of inventory.
